Hepa vacuuming with certified hepa abatement equipment prior to all areas that are being treated. Electrostatic spray and or ULV application of microbe surface shield to entire basement areas paying special attention to exposed beams, rafters, studs, cinderblock, wood paneling,  and concrete walls as well as behind HVAC system, exposed duct work, all exposed plumbing and flooring.
